Yes. VPC will be listed on exchanges after the ICO process finished.

Apparently the Voltpot team is working on a amazing ICO, which should result in a high exchange rate for VPC.

As far as I’m aware, the registered users might receive an offer to contribute with VPC for ICO, in exchange for shares in VOLTPOT® company. As far as I’m concerned, I would really be interested to exchange some of my VPC for shares in this company. I’m sure will get more details from developers…
